Let me put this in perspective. Let’s say that Kayla is an apple farmer. And she’s no ordinary apple farmer. Kayla happens to be one of the best apple farmers in the world. In fact, she knows how to grow world class apples. Kayla has a gift for growing apples and she’s one of the best!
Kayla has mastered the first step… she’s really good at what she does – growing world class apples. But this will only get Kayla so far. Kayla will remain a glorified hobbyist, at best, until she understands how to harvest her opportunity.
If the only people who know about Kayla’s apples are a few friends and neighbors, she’ll likely remain a secret, no matter how good her apples taste.
There’s nothing more common than brilliant and smart people who don’t understand how to harvest opportunity. My background and career have given me 14 solid years of sales and business development experience, along with another 8+ years of learning, failing and eventually succeeding as an entrepreneur. And for the last 6+ years, I’ve immersed myself into the craft of becoming a great coach and building a sustainable $15k+/month coaching business.
And I want to share the truth with you. I’m not going to sugarcoat it. I want to share my experience and perspective about what it takes to earn more, keep more, and confidently build a viable coaching or consulting business.

Part of my renewed mission for 2019 is to support emerging coaches and consultants that have a big vision but feel a little stuck and just want someone to talk to about how to navigate this crazy journey. If this is you, I want you to listen carefully.

It is not for the faint of heart to put your stake in the ground and act boldly, especially if you’ve stumbled a few times. It can be easy to fall into a rut and not be able to see a clear path forward. Because at times, we doubt ourselves and our abilities and remain stuck in patterns that no longer serve us or the growth of our businesses.

I believe in the power and possibility of coaching more than ever. I’ve hired brilliant coaches to support me in many areas of my life over the past 15 years. I’ve hired relationship coaches, sales coaches, business coaches, health coaches, online coaches, and energy coaches. And you know what? Every one of them helped me get significantly better results than I could have gotten for myself.
Each coach I worked with helped me to expand my capacity and recognize my deeper truth. Each one challenged me to step forward and go beyond what I thought was possible. And each one encouraged me to lean into my greatness and embrace possibility.
This might be the most important project I’ve ever initiated because I’ve experienced what it feels like to get stuck and I’ve figured out how to persevere, lean into my fears, embrace my strengths and take smart action.
Since 2013, I’ve worked behind the scenes with service-focused businesses of all types and stages. I know what it takes to build a business and thrive as a coach. I’ve gone from zero clients to $15k+ per month. I’ve built many successful 1:1 offers, group offers, retreats, and hybrid versions of all three.

The Details. What to expect:
- There are 30 spots available. Coach Catalyst will fill on a first come, first served basis.
- You must be an existing coach or consultant to apply.
- Coach Catalyst sessions are completely FREE.
- Each coaching conversation is a 60 minute Zoom session that will be recorded. You will have access to your coaching conversation indefinitely.
- This session will challenge you to get outside of your comfort zone. Expect a little discomfort. Expect clarity. Expect transformation. Expect to be more energized about your coaching business than you have in a loooong while. Maybe ever.
- You will walk away with a minimum of one next action to take.

3. Show up! There will be no re-schedules.
